Share Your Knowledge With California's Emergency Services Community

Our emergency services community is built on the knowledge, experience, and dedication of the people who serve it, and we want to hear from you! We’re inviting members and professional non-members to submit presentation proposals for the upcoming CESA Annual Conference & Training in Visalia, May 3–7, 2027.

This is your opportunity to take the stage, share what you’ve learned, and provide practical knowledge that can strengthen emergency services across California. We welcome proposals for breakout sessions, panels, workshops, and for "lightening talks," fifteen-minute TED-Talk style sessions. Interested? Click below to learn more about submit your proposal.

Room rate: $244 plus taxes (12%) per night
Parking: $10 per day
A link to reserve a room through the CESA block will be sent to all registrants as part of their registration confirmation email. Rooms must be reserved by April 10, 2027.
